These terms apply to the use of the website flughafentransfer.hamburg and the brokerage of bookings to the respective booking partner via this website. Flughafentransfer.Hamburg is exclusively a broker and not a contractual partner for the actual booking or transport.

2. Brokerage and contract partner

When booking via our website, you are forwarded to the booking process of the respective booking partner. The booking and transport contract is concluded exclusively between you and the booking partner or the local transport service provider commissioned by it. Flughafentransfer.Hamburg is not involved in this contractual relationship.

For all questions regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, scope of services and liability, the conditions of the respective booking partner apply exclusively. These will be shown to you in the booking form before you complete the booking. The current terms of the booking partner are shown during the booking process.

Flughafentransfer.Hamburg may receive a commission from the booking partner or affiliate network for a completed referral. We do not charge a separate referral fee. We do not guarantee price parity with other sales channels; the total shown at checkout is binding.

Promotions, discounts and voucher codes shown on our website are determined by the respective booking partner and may be valid for a limited time. No guarantee can be given for the timeliness, accuracy or availability of these offers, as they are controlled and changed by the booking partner. Changes by the booking partner are not always transmitted to us simultaneously, so temporarily different or no longer valid offers may be shown.

There is no legal claim to the redemption of a voucher code or discount displayed on our website. In case of doubt, the conditions the respective booking partner shows on its own platform at the time of booking apply.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
