Private transfer to INTERNORGA
INTERNORGA is the leading international trade fair for the food service and hospitality industry and takes place every spring in March at the Hamburg exhibition halls on Messeplatz, between Dammtor and Sternschanze. From Hamburg Airport (HAM) a private transfer gets you there in a good 20 to 25 minutes, with no changing and room for exhibition luggage.
The route from HAM
It is about 9 km from the airport via Alsterkrugchaussee towards Dammtor. The driver knows the access roads to the exhibition grounds and drops you at the right entrance (East, South or West), so you reach your stand without detours. You see the fixed price shown before bookingos before booking.
Pickup and meeting point
You meet your driver at HAM by default directly after baggage claim in the arrivals area with a name sign. Waiting time is determined by the voucher and booked fare.
For exhibitors and trade visitors
At a trade fair every minute counts. With a fixed pickup time you are independent of taxi queues and arrive on time for stand build-up, meetings or talks. For expense reports the transfer provider issues an invoice with company details on request.
Luggage, samples and equipment
Many arrive with more than hand luggage: sample cases, roll-ups, displays or booth equipment. Choose the vehicle class to fit your group and volume, from an estate car to a 19-seat minibus. That way everything reaches the exhibition grounds or the hotel in one ride.
Traffic, peak times and the return
At the morning opening and after the halls close in the afternoon there is heavy traffic around Dammtor and the fair. Plan the return to HAM with a little buffer; the driver collects you at the agreed time at the fair entrance or the hotel and brings you to the correct terminal in good time.
