Private airport transfer to the Atlantic Hamburg
The Atlantic Hamburg, Autograph Collection stands An der Alster in St. Georg, right on the eastern shore of the Außenalster and only a few minutes from the main station. From Hamburg Airport (HAM) it is about 8 km, which a private transfer covers door to door in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
The route from HAM
From the airport the drive runs via Alsterkrugchaussee and Ring 2 to the Außenalster in St. Georg. There is heavy daytime traffic around the main station and the art mile, but the fixed price from 98 euros is set in advance and stays the same regardless of jams or the time of day.
Pickup and meeting point
You meet your driver at HAM by default directly after baggage claim in the arrivals area, recognisable by the sign with your name. Up to 90 minutes of waiting after landing are included, and your flight number keeps the pickup matched to a late landing.
Location: Außenalster, main station and art mile
From the hotel you can walk to the Alster piers, the Kunsthalle, the Deutsches Schauspielhaus and the main station. St. Georg with the Lange Reihe and its cafés is just around the corner. The transfer drops you right at the historic portal, with no detour across the busy junction.
Early flights, late arrivals and the return
Even though the main station is close, the transfer saves you changing with luggage – especially early in the morning or late at night. Plan the return at the same time: pickup at the hotel at the agreed time and timely arrival at the correct terminal.
