Hamburg most famous church. From the tower the view stretches far across the Elbe and the rooftops - a wonderful first impression of the Hanseatic city.
8. Reeperbahn and St. Pauli
Hamburg most famous strip pulses day and night. Theatres, music and clubs make St. Pauli the district with the most character.
9. Blankenese and the Elbe beach
The Treppenviertel with its winding lanes and the Elbe beach near the Süllberg feel almost Mediterranean. A trip to the west is well worth it.

How to get from HAM to your destination
The S1 suburban train links the airport with the main station in about 25 minutes. If you prefer more comfort or travel with luggage, family or a group, choose the private transfer. Depending on your destination you are usually in the middle of the city in 20 to 30 minutes from HAM - around 22 minutes to HafenCity and the Speicherstadt, about 20 minutes to the Landungsbrücken.
