These terms govern the use of flughafentransfer.hamburg and its referral service. The terms displayed by the booking partner before checkout also apply to the booking and transport. Different terms apply only when expressly confirmed.
2. Referral and contracting parties
The website operator provides travel information and access to an external booking form. It does not accept transport orders, employ drivers or operate rides. Welcome Pickups handles the booking; the actual transport provider is identified in the offer and booking confirmation.
3. Offers, booking and confirmation
Content on this website is not a binding transport offer. A booking becomes binding only after checkout in the external form and in accordance with the partner's confirmation. Before completing a booking, check the pickup, destination, local date and time, flight number, passenger count, luggage and contact details.
4. Prices and referral commission
The binding total is displayed in the booking form before checkout. “From” prices on editorial pages are non-binding starting prices and may vary by route, time, vehicle category, demand and extras. The operator may receive a commission for a successful referral; this does not create a later surcharge to the total displayed at checkout.
5. Vehicles, luggage and special requests
Vehicle category, seating and luggage capacity and available extras depend on the selected offer. Child seats, pets, oversized luggage, wheelchairs or other special requirements must be declared correctly before checkout. Images illustrate vehicle categories and do not promise a specific model.
6. Changes, flight delays and cancellation
Waiting time, flight monitoring, changes and cancellation are governed by the booked rate and the booking partner's terms. Report changes promptly using the contact details in the booking confirmation. General service descriptions on this website do not replace the individual confirmation.
7. Responsibility and liability
The parties named in the booking confirmation are responsible for booking fulfilment and transport. The website operator is liable for its own content and technical referral service as required by law. It is liable for independent third-party services only where the law imposes responsibility on it. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy
Details about processing on this website are set out in the Privacy policy. Information entered into the external booking form is processed by the booking partner under its own privacy terms.
9. Customer communication
Questions about this website may be sent to the operator listed below. For an existing booking, change, cancellation or ride complaint, contact Welcome Pickups Support and have the booking number ready.
10. Promotions and voucher codes
Discounts and voucher codes apply only for the stated period and subject to their stated conditions. They are not redeemable for cash, may not be combinable and may be limited to selected routes, dates or vehicle categories.
11. Applicable law
Applicable law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in the country of their habitual residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
12. Final provisions and version
