The booking form shows the total for your selected ride before you complete it. “From €69” is a starting price for selected one-way partner rides, not a Hamburg taxi fare. Child seats, larger vehicles or extra waiting can cost more.

The initial booking is paid online. Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available. Cash and bank transfers are not accepted for an initial online booking; the payment step shows which options are available to you.

If the driver is able to stay longer, current charges are €6 per additional 15 minutes for a sedan, €9 for a minivan and €12 for a minibus. Extra waiting is not guaranteed; contact your driver through the details in your booking if delayed.

Under the booking partner’s current terms, cancelling at least 24 hours before pickup gives a choice of a coupon for 100% of the transfer value or an 80% refund. No compensation is offered for cancellation within 24 hours. Check the terms of your particular booking before paying.

Check the route, date, local time, passengers, luggage, selected extras and total price before completing the booking flow. You then receive a confirmation. Driver details may arrive in a further message after assignment.

You can request changes through “Manage your booking” on the booking partner’s website or in its app. The change cutoff depends on the destination; changes after it are only possible by exception. A different vehicle or extras may change the price. Check all details before paying where possible.
